Anthony David Gonzalez was a tight end in American football that played in the National Football League. He spent 17 years on the field. The NFL's most efficient tight ends as well as the third best overall receiver, he has been named the NFL's leading tight end in terms of receiving yards, receptions made, etc.
Tony Gonzalez is currently a FOX studio analyst for the studio. Gonzalez, who has been associated with FOX NFL KICKOFF since this past season, serves as the show's host. The show airs on Sunday morning at 11:00 am ET before FOX NFL Sunday.
Gonzalez's claims of retiring in the NFL at the end of the year 2013 wasn't true. The 15th of March, 2013, Gonzalez agreed to sign with the Falcons a 2-year contract for $14 million. Randy Moss retired in 2013 as did Gonzalez aged 37 at the time, spent the last year of his career as the NFL leader for receiving yards.
